The successful candidate will possess a Fellowship in Pathology, be eligible for a Newfoundland license and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills. An experienced surgical pathologist from an academic centre with a stellar clinical reputation who can provide hands on clinical leadership to facilitate intradepartmental consultation, encourage education, innovation and metrics driven performance management will thrive in this progressive environment.
Reporting to the Chief & Program Medical Director of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and working closely with the Regional Manager of Pathology and the Administrative Director of Laboratory Medicine, the next Division Chief will advance Eastern Health’s mission and vision for excellence in the provision of Laboratory Services.
